Alyssa Goldberg, MSW, LSW, is a licensed social worker based in New Jersey, offering both in-person and virtual therapy for adults and older teens. With empathy and compassion, Alyssa recognizes the courage it takes to seek support when life feels overwhelming. Graduating with her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University, Alyssa is committed to helping individuals find inner happiness, build the tools to take on life’s challenges, and achieve mental peace.

In her therapeutic practice, Alyssa takes a holistic approach, blending Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with person-centered techniques. She understands that mental health is multifaceted and believes in addressing the whole person, not just the symptoms. Alyssa creates a safe space for clients to explore intrusive thoughts, challenging emotions, and life’s obstacles.
