A graduate of Ramapo Community College, Esther believes in empowering clients to become their best selves by highlighting their unique strengths and resilience.

Esther uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s personal goals and needs. Additionally, Esther is actively involved in the intake process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for each individual as they embark on their mental health journey.
