Kyle Yancius, LMSW

Kyle Yancius is a LMSW based in New Jersey. Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University, and a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University Newark and is a member of the university’s Phi Alpha Social Work Honors Society. For nearly 5 years, Kyle has been involved with in-depth research regarding risk behavior psychology, adolescent psychology, development of empathy across one’s life span, and the cause and development of compassion fatigue.

Kyle’s specialty is working with adolescents and adults regarding issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. When working together, Kyle aspires to establish a collaborative working relationship, looking to utilize a client’s strengths though solution-focused therapy, increase self-acceptance through an extensive cognitive-behavioral based approach, and solidify a grounded sense of mindfulness in the individuals themselves in a safe and empathetic setting.
