Anne Harutunian, LCSW

Anne received her B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1994 and has been working in Human Services since 1995. For the next 7 years she worked with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or chronic mental illness, in both direct service and supervisory/administrative positions. In 2002 she completed her Master’s in Social Work at Fordham University. Since then she has worked with both adolescents and adults in a variety of treatment settings including mental health day programs, outpatient counseling, and residential in-home support services. These experiences afforded her the opportunity to provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups, and to gain experience as a clinical supervisor. In 2004 Anne returned to Fordham University to begin working on her PhD in Social Work, and although she did not complete the program, she was able to teach in the MSW program as an Adjunct faculty and gain more valuable experience. Currently Anne’s full-time job is as the Program Director at an adult mental health partial care program in Irvington. She is excited to join the treatment team at Hamilton Behavioral Health, and looks forward to providing individual psychotherapy again.
