Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

The most evident benefit of individual therapy session is for the client to receive the sole attention of the therapist. This results in a custom fit focused and intense treatment to the client. There are many different reasons that you might want to start seeing a therapist – to deal with past trauma, anxiety, depression, cope with major life changes or to simply gain self-knowledge and awareness. Many clients that visit experience constant feelings of being overwhelmed, unhappy, have recurring problems that keep surfacing in their life or are in need of some extra support.
