Crystal Farkas is an LCSW in New Jersey, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has worked with clients of all ages at various levels of care, providing group and individual services. She has experience helping Clients who present with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, ADD, trauma, addictions, grief, and more; with the use of evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, etc.
Crystal has a strength-based and solution-focused perspective to motivate and empower clients to overcome obstacles and meet their full potential. This often is accomplished through building a therapeutic alliance, as clients know themselves best, providing validation and identifying healthy skills for use in their daily lives.
She is passionate about helping individuals, families, and relationships of any kind to help people connect better with themselves and others. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors, spending time with her family and pets, and learning new things!
