She believes in creating a safe space for people to explore their emotional reactions while remaining solution-focused to work toward better mental health, confidence and optimism. Often, people’s actions and feelings are driven by the stories they tell themselves based on past experiences and societal expectations. Danielle will challenge you to think differently and supports that more than one “right” is not only possible but also acceptable.

Her therapeutic style is comprised of compassion, non-judgement, humor, and simply being real. Danielle will help you identify coping skills and work to reduce negative thought patterns using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy and empowerment.

Danielle believes everyone deserves a safe place to truly be themselves without fear of judgment. Therapy is something every person should experience no matter what they are going through. No issue is ever too trivial and no one should feel alone.
