Dr. Htadra Jameison is a Clinical Psychologist with a vast therapeutic background, and over 10 years of experience in the field of Psychology and Mental Wellness. Dr. Jameison believes that therapy is a place where you can travel and explore many pathways, and journeys, to reach a better version of yourself. A place where you can be open and feel safe while being supported and empowered. She is committed to helping children, adolescents, adults, and
families learn how to build better, healthier versions of themselves.

Dr. Jameison’s work focuses on an integrated approach to therapy, bringing in evidence-based treatment interventions, and techniques, that best suit the individual and their therapeutic needs. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. Dr. Jameison uses therapy approaches that range from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Interpersonal Therapy,
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Care, Cultural Diversity, Psychanalytic approaches, as well as Mindfulness, to name a few. She has extensive training with child and adolescent psychology, as well as individual and family therapy. She has worked with a wide range of clients, varying from children on the Autism Spectrum to adults struggling with anxiety and depression.

Dr. Jameison truly believes that therapy is not a one size fits all approach, but is rather, a custom-tailored process to fit your specific needs. She prides herself on the passion that she has for her work and helping others to overcome life’s challenges in order to live better, more fulfilled lives. Her life’s motto to her work is, “The best way to find yourself, is to lose yourself in the service of others” – Mahatma Gandhi. Dr. Jameison truly displays this with the service she provides to her clients.
