Sarah L. Masucci, LCSW, LCADC, is a licensed clinical social worker with certifications in Gerontology and Clinical Supervision. She graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work. For the past 15 years, Sarah has worked to improve the quality of life for older adults with complex health conditions. Before joining JFS, she was the National Manager of Summit Medical Group’s Social Support program.
Sarah focuses on establishing creative and collaborate relationships with her clients, families and the community service providers that may be incorporated into each client’s plan of care. Her passion is in working with older adults to achieve the greatest degree of autonomy, functionality, satisfaction and safety in their homes. She has experience working as a clinician, supervisor and administrator in government, nonprofit and privately-owned companies. Sarah specializes in supportive care.
