Arielle Gromack (MSW, LSW) earned both her Bachelor of Social Work (with a minor in Substance Use Disorder) and her Master of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ. 

As the Lead Intake Coordinator, Arielle plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for clients entering care. Arielle thoughtfully matches clients with therapists who best meet their clinical needs.

In addition to her administrative leadership role, Arielle also provides therapy to children and adolescents. She specializes in using play therapy and art therapy modalities to help young clients express themselves, process emotions, and heal in creative and developmentally appropriate ways. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing therapeutic environment where children feel seen, heard, and understood.

To Arielle, mental health is multifaceted, encompassing emotional, psychological, and social well-being. She believes that building resilience, cultivating purpose, maintaining positive relationships, and developing healthy coping skills are essential foundations of long-term wellness. Her work is grounded in compassion,connection, and a deep commitment to helping individuals thrive.
