Welcome! My name is Barbara Mosquera MSW, LCSW, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience working with adults, teens, and children. I graduated from Fordham University with a concentration in Clinical Social Work.

My approach is integrative this means that I use different approaches to suit each client. Adjusting to life stressors, coping with mood changes and trauma can be difficult and oftentimes are beyond our ability to manage. As a psychotherapist, I help my clients get to the root of the problem, cope with feelings and emotions, change behavior patterns and understand their mental health condition.

I provide my clients with warm acceptance, active listening, positive reinforcement, and understanding. Together we will work in finding healthy coping skills to manage your symptoms and be the best version of you.
