Kelly Hale
Kelly is a Licensed Social worker with a Bachelors’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Social work from Fordham University. Kelly specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, and LGBTQIA issues. Kelly will work with you using evidence-based practices to improve your life as well as develop insight into negative relational patterns. Kelly is trained in CBT and DBT. Kelly uses these skills to help bring awareness into the client’s life to aid in processing life transitions, as well as past and present events for deeper healing of wounds. She is passionate about guiding clients to a deeper connection with themselves and the outside world. The task of my client is to uncover parts of themselves and to develop compassion for who they have been and who they are becoming. |
